Hannover 96 Jako 2012/13 Home Kit

Captained by USA international Steve Cherundolo German Bundesliga club Hannover 96 made it to the quarter-finals of the 2011/12 UEFA Europa League and is in seventh place in Germany’s top-tier of soccer with one match to play in the season.

On Thursday, the Hannover 96 Jako 2012/13 home kit was officially launched. Here is a detailed look at the new strip along with information on its design from Die Roten (The Reds’) website.

Hannover 96 have finally unveiled the club’s new home shirt for the 2012/13 season. The strip retains the classic dark red of previous kits, but with an altogether more modern design, making it a must have for all Reds’ fans!

The 2011/12 season wasn’t just a huge success for the club on the pitch. In addition, over 45,000 shirts, including the red home strip, the green away jersey and the ‘third’ white kit, have been sold, which marks a club record. Our kit designers at JAKO have adhered to the motto ‘never change a winning kit’ for their new design, and created an attractive shirt, which is similar to the current strip in design but is tinged with a fashionable new style.
The new kit will be worn for the very first time by the Hannover 96 team in Saturday’s home game with 1. FC Kaiserslautern.
